Decided to have a change from Nandos, and we were pleased we did. Kamila was a lovely server and did a great job from start to finish. A really lovely young lady with a good sense of humour and very efficient. The food was really nice and we were all done and ready in time for the movie..... Thanks Kamila

Arrived early but was told it was ok. Offered a choice of table and chairs. I chose the one better for me which was good. Food was served and advised my dish was hot. My granddaughter,s was well presented as was mine. She had another drink which was served promptly. Good experience.

Came in this evening for a meal with my partner, the food was lovely & we had amazing service from the girls serving us, although I did feel bad for the waitresses who were dealing with a large table who we could hear being rude to the staff and laughing to each other about it when the waitresses left. I could not do their job they are a credit to the company dealing with all that. Thanks again for a wonderful evening. We will be back.

We popped in for lunch today, it’s both of my daughter’s favourite place to go when shopping, they love to have the pizza. We were served by Becky who was really friendly and polite, fast service, food was piping hot and everything was nice and clean. We will return on our next shopping trip.

Had a meal before going to the cinema next door. Was served by Laura W, who was very friendly and efficient. She gave us a choice of tables to sit at and recommended some menu choices. Checked back couple times during our meal to check things were OK. Food was cooked lovely. The general atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. Would thoroughly recommend this restaurant and Laura made the experience a pleasure to eat there.

A lovely time at Frankie & Benny’s Westwood Cross. Our waitress Becky was such a star, calm and lovely and very attentive and took special care when taking our order to make sure everything was perfect. Nice to have plenty of vegan options too.
